According to research organizations, Vietnam’s Fintech market is developing at an impressive pace, attracting billions of USD in investments from both domestic and international sources. However, one of the biggest challenges the industry faces is the shortage of high-quality human resources — especially individuals with deep understanding of both technology and finance.
