Official Establishment
The Fintech and Digital Asset Impetus Network (abbreviated as FADA) was established under Decision No. 01-11/QĐ-HĐLH/ML of the Vietnam Union of Business Science.
Functions and Responsibilities of the Fintech and Digital Asset Impetus Network
Resource Gathering: The network serves as a gathering point for entrepreneurs, scientists, and various organizations to consult on models and scientific solutions related to fintech, AI, and digital assets suitable for the educational and research activities of community groups, academic clubs, and students at universities and institutes.
Knowledge Bridge and Fintech – Digital Asset Community
Community Building: At the same time, the network aims to become a prestigious connecting community that supports businesses, individuals, and organizations wishing to exchange, nurture, and share knowledge about fintech, AI, and digital assets, with the goal of making a positive contribution to the overall development of society.

Advisory Council
The FADA Advisory Council gathers leading experts with deep expertise and extensive practical experience in finance and technology. Its purpose is to provide strategic direction and share insights for the development of the Fintech and digital asset ecosystem in Vietnam.
Science and Technology Council
The FADA Scientific and Technological Council brings together professors, PhDs, lecturers, and organizational leaders in the fields of Fintech, AI, and Blockchain. Its aim is to support the evaluation of scientific research projects and the application of Fintech technology and digital assets in developing pilot products and practical implementations.
